Designed for fine blanking parts with a thickness of .060" to .250" (2mm to 6mm) or medium to difficult thread rolling and turning applications.
  CURTIS DD-51
Designed for fine blanking parts with a thickness up to .250" (6mm) or difficult turning applications. Developed for roller applications in fine blanking.
  CURTIS DD-100
Designed for fine blanking parts with a thickness over .250" (6mm) this heavy duty product will do difficult drawing, stamping, punching, drilling and tapping on the largest diameters.

Designed for fine blanking parts with a thickness up to .200" and when chlorine free application is required. Cleans up easily.
